Introduced in September, 2016, the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado2500 HD Z71 Midnight Edition combines off-road equipment with a monochromatic black appearance. It is part of a portfolio of special-edition trucks whose popularity helped Chevrolet truck sales increase 27 percent in 2015 - double the increase for the total truck market.

Ford Super Duty:  The best-selling truck line in America has shed 350 pounds with the addition of aluminum body panels. This made way for a stronger frame and axles and improved towing ability. Additionally, the truck now has 360-degree view thanks to its seven cameras. There are five models in the Super Duty line-up: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum. The truck will be available in 6.7-liter turbo diesel, 6.8-liter gasoline V-10 and 6.2-liter gasoline V-8 power trains.

On Friday, Chevrolet revealed the 2016 Silverado Rally Edition at the Texas Motor Speedway and it seems to be a vehicle worthy of any truck-lover's dream.

The Realtree and Midnight Edition trucks include the Z71 off-road equipment package, Rancho mono-tube shocks, locking rear differential, transfer case shield, hill descent control and aggressive all-terrain tires.

Sounds like a pretty good truck to go muddin' in, y'all.
